Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 'Sale' items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Bath and Body products and intimates must be returned unopened.
Please contact us at customerservice@verdessence.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Return Shipping Address. Please be sure to include the RA Number with your return shipment or it cannot be processed. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend obtaining a tracking number as well as insuring your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that we do not ship. Once we receive your shipment we will process your return/exchange, and provide you with your refund or store credit, less shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your returns to be fully processed.
All returns must be sent to the address provided with the Return Authorization Number.
